As an NDIS participant, you have important rights. We take these seriously and build our services around them.

• Dignity, respect, and safety
  You will be treated as an equal, listened to, and spoken to with kindness and professionalism. Your cultural background, identity, beliefs and personal boundaries are respected at all times. We follow strict safety and safeguarding practices so you feel secure in your home and in the community.

• Full choice and control
  You have the final say over who supports you, how supports are delivered and what happens in your home. You can change your mind, ask questions, or request a different worker or schedule. We are here to support your decisions, not make them for you.

• Transparent support and communication
  You are entitled to clear information about your services, costs, schedules and any changes that may affect you. We explain things in plain language, keep you updated and provide written information where needed. If something goes wrong, we listen, respond and work with you to fix it.
