Your Journey Matters

Discover the Support That Fits Your Needs

Community outings and social engagement

We support participants to get out, connect and enjoy real life in the community – not just stay at home. That can look like going to the shops, catching up with friends, joining a local club, attending appointments or simply having a coffee at your favourite café with someone you trust beside you. Our support workers focus on confidence, safety and genuine inclusion, not rushing or taking over.

Depending on your goals, we can help with things like:

  • Attending social groups, day programs and community events

  • Going to the gym, sports, hobbies or faith and cultural activities

  • Learning to use public transport or travelling safely in the community

  • Building conversation skills and making new friendships

  • Visiting parks, libraries, shopping centres and local attractions

The idea is simple: you choose where you want to go and what you want to be part of, and we provide the practical, respectful support so you can participate your way.

Daily living and household routines

We help you stay on top of the day-to-day things that make life feel calmer and more manageable. That might be getting ready in the morning, keeping your home tidy, or building routines so you feel more organised and independent. Our support workers don’t take over – we work alongside you, at your pace, so you can do as much as you’re able and comfortable with.

Support can include:

  • Personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming

  • Preparing meals and supporting safe eating and drinking

  • Light housekeeping – dishes, laundry, changing bed linen, basic cleaning

  • Planning and following daily routines, timetables and reminders

  • Organising groceries, putting shopping away and managing pantry/fridge

  • Support with simple home tasks so you can safely live the way you want

The goal is practical: make everyday life easier, safer and more predictable, while building your confidence to do more for yourself over time.

Meal preparation and cooking

We support you to enjoy safe, enjoyable meals that suit your health needs, culture and personal taste. That might mean planning a weekly menu, chopping and cooking together, or having someone there to prepare meals for you when you’re not able to. We focus on building skills and confidence in the kitchen while keeping things safe, calm and stress-free.

Support can include:

  • Planning simple, affordable and healthy meals

  • Grocery shopping and putting ingredients away

  • Preparing ingredients, cooking meals and cleaning up afterwards

  • Support with safe use of knives, stovetops, ovens and appliances

  • Adjusting meals for allergies, swallowing needs or medical requirements

  • Packing snacks and meals for the next day’s activities

Bottom line: you decide what you feel like eating, and we help make it happen – with as much or as little hands-on support as you need.

Transport to appointments and activities

We make it easier for you to get where you need to go, safely and on time. Whether it’s a medical appointment, therapy session, day program, work, study or a social catch-up, our team can provide door-to-door transport and support along the way. We can travel with you, wait with you if needed, and help with any paperwork or check-ins so the whole trip feels less stressful.

Support can include:

  • Transport to medical, therapy and NDIS appointments

  • Travel to work, TAFE, school or day programs

  • Trips to the shops, banking, community centres and local services

  • Attending social events, groups, religious or cultural activities

  • Help getting in and out of the vehicle, including mobility aids

  • Support with navigating new places, check-in desks and reception

You choose the destination – we focus on safe, reliable transport and support so you can stay connected to your health, goals and community.

 Skills development and confidence-building

This is all about helping you learn new skills, practice them safely and feel more confident doing things on your own. We don’t rush, and we don’t do everything for you – we break tasks into small steps, encourage you along the way and celebrate every win, big or small. Support is tailored to your goals, abilities and interests.

Support can include:

  • Building daily living skills like cooking, cleaning and personal care

  • Practising communication, social skills and problem-solving

  • Learning to plan your day, use calendars, reminders and routines

  • Money skills such as budgeting, paying for items and using EFTPOS

  • Travel training – using public transport, reading timetables, road safety

  • Confidence to try new activities, join groups or speak up for yourself

The aim is simple: more skills, more confidence and more say in how you live your life, with a support worker beside you until you’re ready to do more on your own.

 In-home respite and support

In-home respite gives everyone a breather – you get quality support in the comfort of your own home, while family or carers have time to rest, work, run errands or recharge. Our team steps in so your usual supports can step back for a while, knowing you’re safe, comfortable and well looked after.

Support can include:

  • Companionship, conversation and supervision at home

  • Help with personal care, meals and medications as needed

  • Support with hobbies, games, movies or relaxing activities

  • Keeping to your usual routines, schedules and preferences

  • Short daytime stays, evening support or overnight respite (where available)

The goal is simple: maintain your comfort and independence at home, while giving your carers peace of mind and the break they need to keep going.

Goal-focused support planning

Here’s the thing: your NDIS plan should actually match your life, not the other way around. We work with you to understand what you really want – more independence, better routines, stronger social connections, study, work, or simply feeling more in control day to day – and then build support around those goals.

Support can include:

  • Talking through your short- and long-term goals in clear, simple language

  • Breaking big goals into small, realistic steps you can actually achieve

  • Matching your goals with the right supports, hours and services

  • Working alongside your family, carers and other providers so everyone’s on the same page

  • Tracking what’s working, what isn’t and adjusting supports as your needs change

What this really means is: you’re not just “getting hours” – you’re getting a plan with purpose, so every visit, activity and support is helping you move towards the life you want.
